FLOOR MAINTENANCE

Extraction Carpet Cleaning

RTW provides hot water extraction carpet cleaning with state-of-the-art pre-spray cleaning formulas and heavy-duty carpet cleaning equipment. We clean carpet for our many of our nightly custodial customers, on a recurring and basis. We also provide carpet cleaning services as a standalone service for many businesses. Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) Floor Maintenance

RTW provides three different services for VCT floor maintenance, depending on the needs of customers. Our skilled team will meet with you to determine the best solution for your business. These services will extend the life of your undamaged, but dull tile flooring. Let us revive your floors and brighten your space.

• High-speed polishing with electric or propane burnishers, for larger jobs.
• Scrubbing and waxing, which uses a cleaning solution and a scrubber to partially remove old wax. Once the service is prepared correctly, we reapply a fresh finish wax.
• Stripping and waxing, which uses a strong stripping solution to completely remove all old wax and residue. Once properly prepared, we apply fresh coats of sealer and finish wax are then reapplied.

Ceramic & Stone Floor Cleaning and Restoration

RTW has state-of-the-art orbital cleaning equipment, which provides the most thorough cleaning of ceramic and stone floor tiles. After cleaning we can also provide grout and stone sealants as needed to keep the newly cleaned surfaces looking their brightest.
