FLOOR MAINTENANCE

Extraction Carpet Cleaning

RTW Janitorial, LLC provides hot water extraction carpet cleaning with state of the art prespray cleaners and carpet cleaning equipment. We clean carpet for our Nightly Custodial customers on an as needed or scheduled basis. Many of our clients use RTW carpet cleaning services as a stand alone service in their facilities. We provide excellent carpet cleaning skills with a price point to meet any budget.

Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) Floor Maintenance

RTW Janitorial, LLC provides three services for VCT floor maintenance:

• High speed polishing with electric burnishers or propane burnishers for larger jobs.
• Scrub and wax which uses a cleaning solution and a scrubber to partially remove old wax and then reapply finish wax.
• Strip and wax which uses a strong stripping solution to remove all old wax. New coats of sealer and finish wax are then reapplied.

Ceramic and Stone Floor Cleaning and Restoration

RTW Janitorial, LLC has state of the art orbital cleaning equipment to provide a thorough cleaning of ceramic and stone floor tiles. After cleaning we can also provide grout and stone sealants as needed to keep the newly cleaned surfaces looking their brightest.

COVID-19 DEEP CLEANING

RTW Janitorial has stepped up to the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic by investing in equipment, disinfectant and increased detailed cleaning methods to remove viruses from surfaces.

We have always sanitized all touch points and common use areas (bathrooms, kitchens, etc….) with hospital grade disinfectants as part of our normal cleaning process in your facility. This has been an every cleaning cycle, ongoing process.

Our cleaning staff is aware of the seriousness of this pandemic and is following all the CDC guidelines and recommendations. Please know we work hard to keep your facility clean, sanitized and open for business.
